Kerja sama Dinas PUTR Buleleng dan UPS Bondalem menghasilkan PLTS di Desa Bondalem, Kecamatan Tejakula, yang bermanfaat bagi 700 kepala keluarga (KK). PLTS ini mengurangi biaya listrik untuk pompa sumur air dari Rp 12 juta menjadi Rp 8 juta per bulan. Terletak di area seluas 10,5 are, PLTS ini beroperasi selama enam jam sehari dan menghasilkan 23 kVA listrik. Pemeliharaan rutin dilakukan untuk menjaga efisiensi, dengan dukungan Schneider Electric untuk kebutuhan spare part dan perbaikan sirkuit. Kepala Dinas PUTR, I Putu Adiptha Eka Putra, berharap inovasi ini membuat desa mandiri dan akan diperluas ke desa lain serta SKPD di Kabupaten Buleleng.
